Every product is made by hand in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, in batches of 50 to 100, so we can't accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Made by hand, in small batches, by a mother and son in Brooklyn
Marianella spent her childhood in her grandmother's kitchen in Venezuela, making soap and beauty products by hand, and we still make our skincare by hand in Williamsburg, Brooklyn; our peptide night cream is the exception, made for us by a specialist lab.
