Shipping

All Marianella products are handcrafted in small batches in our Brooklyn studio. Most orders ship the same or next business day. If your product is being freshly made at the time of your order, please allow a few additional days for production — it’s worth the wait, promise.

Domestic (USA)

  • $2.99 Standard Shipping on orders under $100

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100

  • Expedited UPS and USPS options available at checkout

International Shipping

UPS and USPS international rates and delivery timelines vary by destination.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the order, change the address, or adjust shipping speed.


Returns & Exchanges

We create all products fresh in small batches to ensure purity, safety, and quality. Because these items are meant to be applied directly to the skin or used in your personal environment, most are not eligible for return once they leave our studio.

Final Sale Items

The following are Final Sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Any item purchased during a sale, promotion, or using a discount code

  • Requests for price adjustments on past purchases

Non-Returnable Product Categories

Due to hygiene and freshness standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges (opened or unopened) for:

  • Face & Body Oils

  • Serums

  • Lotions & Creams

  • Body Washes & Soaps

  • Body Scrubs

  • Perfume Rollers

  • Home Fragrance & Room Sprays

  • Any product where a pump, dropper, spray mechanism, or seal has been opened or activated

These products cannot be resold once shipped — protecting product purity protects everyone.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo of the issue

  3. The shipping box & product label displayed in the image

Approved claims will be replaced with the same item.
Refunds are not issued for damaged or incorrect shipments — replacements ensure product consistency and safety.

A Note on Variations

Because our products are handmade and use natural ingredients, slight variations in texture, scent, or color are expected and celebrated. These do not qualify as defects.

We Cannot Accept Returns For

  • Personal scent preference

  • “Not what I expected”

  • Ordering the wrong item or scent

  • Opening or testing the product (even once)

  • Packaging opened or seal broken

  • Buyer’s remorse

Once a product leaves our studio, we cannot verify purity if returned — therefore, we do not restock returned skincare products under any circumstances.

Subscription Policy

Our subscription service offers convenience and savings on your favorite products.

  • Minimum Commitment: 3 billing cycles

  • Cancellation Notice: Must be submitted 30 days before your next billing date

  • Refunds: Not issued for partially used subscription periods

If cancellation is requested less than 30 days before the next charge, one final billing cycle may be processed before cancellation takes effect.
