All Marianella products are handcrafted in small batches in our Brooklyn studio. Most orders ship the same or next business day. If your product is being freshly made at the time of your order, please allow a few additional days for production — it’s worth the wait, promise.

We create all products fresh in small batches to ensure purity, safety, and quality. Because these items are meant to be applied directly to the skin or used in your personal environment, most are not eligible for return once they leave our studio.

A Note on Variations
Because our products are handmade and use natural ingredients, slight variations in texture, scent, or color are expected and celebrated. These do not qualify as defects.

Subscription Policy

If cancellation is requested less than 30 days before the next charge, one final billing cycle may be processed before cancellation takes effect.
