We do not accept refunds and exchanges.
The SPA IS CLOSED due to the pandemic. There are no refunds on Spa Packages. We DO NOT issue cash refunds. One month after purchase date, you can no longer seek store credit for your unused treatments. Where applicable, store credit will be granted. Spa Packages expire a year from purchase date.
Due to the Nature of our products we do not accept returns and exchanges on any items except for accessories.
Returns are not accepted on:
- Soap Bars
- and any other bath or body products.
In order to cancel a subscription we must receive written notice to email@example.com 30 days prior to the next Box’s billing date which is the first of every month. Every subscription has a two month minimum and subscription boxes and their items are not eligible for returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. All refunds will be given in store credit. We DO NOT issue cash refunds. Refunds are only eligible within a 30 day window after placing an order.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded for store credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. *Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
