Refund Policy
We do not accept refunds and exchanges.

SPA:

There are no refunds on Spa Packages. We DO NOT issue cash refunds. One month after purchase date, you can no longer seek store credit for your unused treatments. Where applicable, store credit will be granted. Spa Packages expire a year from purchase date.

Returns
Due to the Nature of our products we do not accept returns and exchanges on any items except for accessories.
Returns are not accepted on:
- Oils
- Washes
- Lotions
- Soap Bars 
- Rollers
- Scrubs

- and any other bath or body products. 

In order to cancel a subscription we must receive written notice to info@marianellasoap.com 30 days prior to the next Box’s billing date which is the first of every month. Every subscription has a two month minimum and subscription boxes and their items are not eligible for returns.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. All refunds will be given in store credit. We DO NOT issue cash refunds. Refunds are only eligible within a 30 day window after placing an order. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded for store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items (Accessories) if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@marianellasoap.com and send your item to: The Marianella Soap Bar 142 North 6th street Brooklyn NY 11249

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Marianella Soap Bar 102 Thompson Street New York NY 10012

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
